Transcription: In this movie tutorial, we look at Live 5's built-in MIDI effects. We will see how to use them in both practical and creative applications. Since the arpeggiator is new to this version, we will spend the most time there. MIDI effects let us process MIDI data in a number of ways. We have six effects at our disposal. Arpeggiator, Chord, Pitch, Random, Scale, and Velocity. MIDI effects are added to a track using the same methods as any other device.
